Mainbeam rebuilds business workflows around AI for companies without an IT department. We start with a fixed-price quick diagnostic: $1,000 / 3 days — where AI will pay off, and where the budget would burn, we'll tell you straight.
Book a quick diagnostic — $1,000 How we workQuick diagnostic — fixed price, 3 days, written deliverable. The implementation decision remains entirely yours.
It's not a people problem and not a technology problem. It's a missing process-owner problem: chaotic AI has no business logic.
Everyone solves personal tasks in private chats with a bot. Knowledge never accumulates, data leaks into consumer tools, and gains never compound.
The demo is convincing; the real workflow breaks it. Per Gartner, up to 30% of GenAI projects are abandoned right after the pilot.
“It feels faster” is not a metric. Without a “before” measurement there is no credible “after” — and no case for the next step.
Without clear roles and ground rules, AI reads as a threat. People keep working the old way — and the investment never pays back.

We don't sell “AI implementation.” We rebuild specific workflows for your company's specific economics — step by step, with the impact measured at every gate.
Structured interviews plus a workflow and data map. The deliverable is a written document with priorities and potential assessment: what's AI-ready, where the real impact is, what's blocking it, and a first-steps map for the next 90 days. Enough to make an informed decision about the next step.
Deep-dive on the priority workflows: requirements, integrations, risks. The core: per-scenario economics validated on your own data (a mini-pilot on a real sample), with before/after numbers. The output is an implementation roadmap with budget.
Executing the scenarios with your team or turnkey: routine automation, AI assistants, documents, analytics. We support you to a stable result — metrics are fixed before we start.
AI sticks in a company without an IT department when every deployment has an owner, a process, and a metric. That's why we start with diagnostics: we measure where time and money leak — only then do we propose tools.
Our methodology is built from hands-on workflow rebuilds in small and mid-sized businesses — no long “transformation programs,” no vendor lock-in.
The diagnostic is led personally by Dzmitry Siasitski — strategy & investment consultant (commercial due diligence, financial modelling, market analysis; formerly Head of Analytics at ConTech SaaS EasyBIM). He is personally accountable for the quality of the report.
Dzmitry Siasitski — strategy & investment consultant: commercial due diligence, financial modelling, market analysis (7 years); formerly Head of Analytics at ConTech SaaS EasyBIM (2022–2025). He leads it personally — no handoffs to juniors.
The market for quick AI audits is wide: from free “sessions” to $2,000–15,000. Our price buys 3 days of one consultant's focused work — no “transformation programs,” no upsells after.
No — the diagnostic has to pay for itself. If the next stage isn't needed, you stop after stage 1: we lose the potential contract, but we don't sell what isn't needed. The decision is entirely yours.
Yes — stage 3, after the roadmap. During the diagnostic itself we act as advisor, not integrator: we assess workflows, potential and tool choices without pushing anything.
Quite the opposite — it's our specialization. We don't require in-house developers: the diagnostic runs on interviews and your existing systems (CRM, documents, messengers). Recommendations are written so your team or any contractor can execute them.
That's also a result: you'll save the budget an unviable implementation would have burned. You still get an honest report with priorities — even if we don't continue.
We always work under NDA — signed before any engagement begins. During the quick diagnostic we don't request system access and don't touch confidential data directly — all materials stay with you.
That's the typical case — and our specialty. We'll unpack why past attempts stalled, what's worth salvaging, and what should be rebuilt.
For the quick diagnostic: 2–3 interviews of 45–60 minutes plus existing process descriptions. After that — per the roadmap, usually 2–4 hours a week from process owners.
The team's background is strategy & investment: ConTech SaaS (EasyBIM), media (media-for-equity), edtech, healthcare, IT outsourcing, real-estate development. The methodology is universal: sales, marketing, documents, customer service, back office. If the diagnostic shows AI isn't for you — we'll say so plainly.
Baseline metrics are fixed before we start (time per process, cost, error volume) and re-measured after implementation. That's part of the methodology, not an add-on.
